Dr. L. Subramaniam brings to you a “Concert for Peace” as a part of #IBN2017. The unique concert will also feature renowned Egyptian harpist and Cairo Conservatory’s assistant harp professor, Dr. Amira Hamed.

Dr. L. Subramaniam, considered India’s foremost violinist, has produced, performed, collaborated on, and conducted close to two hundred recordings. He remains the only musician who has recorded Carnatic as well as Western classical music, both orchestral and non-orchestral, composed for and conducted major orchestras, films, and collaborated with different genres of music. He is also the founder/director of the Lakshminarayana Global Music Festival, the biggest global music festival in India and the Subramaniam Academy of Performing Arts, a premier institute for musical education.

Dr Subramaniam will collaborate, during his performance, with renowned Egyptian harpist and assistant harp professor at Cairo Conservatory, Dr. Amira Hamed, who plays with the Cairo Symphony Orchestra.
