An Indian Food Festival in Cairo
Indian cuisine reflects a 5000-year history of various cultures creating a diversity of flavours and a host of gastronomical traditions from an array of regions. India by the Nile partners with a renowned Indian chef to bring to Egypt a week-long odyssey in Indian fine dining and delight guests with sensational aromas of a medley of spices. This year, the ‘Food Fiesta!’ will be headed by Chef Vikram Udaygiri.
Celebrated chef & entrepreneur Vikram Udaygiri is the founder of Food Sense, a venture that specialises in setting up restaurants, microbreweries, cloud kitchens, food and beverage operations for various hotels in India and abroad. He is also a first-generation ‘agripreneur’ who has ventured into producing high-quality microgreens, sprouts, and edible flowers. With over 15 years in the food and beverage industry, his expertise lies in curating menus and festivals around the world that promote traditional & modern regional Indian cuisines. He has worked in over 26 countries and is the culinary ambassador of Paul John Single Malt.
