Indian Cuisine with Chef Picu

Indian cuisine reflects a 5000-year history of regions, cultures, and communities of a diverse country leading to a vast range of flavours and a host of indigenous traditions. 
 
Acclaimed Indian chef, Rahul Gomes Pereira or Chef Picu, will provide the perfect gastronomical experience in Indian fine dining and delight guests with sensational aromas of a medley of spices.
 
 
Chef Picu has worked and headed the restaurant kitchens of four of the Oberoi Group’s Flagship properties - The Oberoi New Delhi, The Oberoi Mumbai, The Oberoi Bangalore, and the Trident Hyderabad. His clean, bold flavours and beautifully plated dishes, across cuisines, have won him praise from not only patrons but critics as well. Recently, he was listed as one of India’s Chefs to Watch Out For, by Marryam Reshii.
 
In 2016, Chef Picu became the Executive Chef of À Ta Maison (ATM) & Sazerac, New Delhi where he won several awards for creating the best European cuisine in the capital. In 2017, he helmed the curation of the regional Indian restaurant, Jamun, as Executive Chef.
